Loading dock conditioning,
better access and built to last.
JVS demolished the existing concrete surface, which was replaced with durable asphalt. Two reinforced concrete strips were constructed for improved functionality: one for the rear wheels, featuring a sloped ramp for smoother truck alignment during unloading, and the other positioned to support the middle wheels for added stability and long-term durability at the loading dock.

Custom concrete pads were constructed with the required openings to accommodate the equipment, ensuring a seamless installation process. Additionally, trenches were excavated to house all necessary electrical cabling. Complementing the setup, dedicated pads were also built for the switchgear and utility CT cabinet, providing a robust foundation for the entire system.

Brick Floor Replacement:
Enhanced and Prepared for Longevity.
This project began with the demolition of the existing red brick flooring, followed by grinding and preparing the surface for a new installation. Welded wire mesh was added to reinforce areas with imperfections, and mechanical anchors were installed to securely bond the new and existing layers. The project was completed with a solvent-based matte sealer, providing protection and an enhanced finish.
